The STP App Elevating Engagement Through Interactive Demonstrations.
This app brings to life the stages and materials featured in the specific estimation engine. This interactive application empowers the company to engage the customers dynamically, allowing for a richer and more immersive experience, in contrast to conventional PowerPoint/Slides presentations.

As a customer, clarity is paramount when considering a new investment.

Imagine having the product presented on the screen, where you should seek clarification on unfamiliar aspects. But it is not accurate sometimes.

Alternatively,

Picture having a product demo in your hands, enabling a tangible understanding as the process unfolds before you.

So, “HMW enable customers to educate themselves when introducing new products.”

This alternative is the goal of the STP demo app. The goal is to provide customers with the most accessible and comprehensive experience as they explore innovative new products at their own pace and preferences. It lets customers educate themselves in a digestible way.

Keeping customers informed about new developments is crucial for fostering engagement, ensuring satisfaction, and building a lasting relationship based on transparency and trust.

As the UI/UX Intern for the STP App, my role was pivotal in crafting an engaging and intuitive user experience. I meticulously designed the user interface to seamlessly navigate users through interactive demonstrations, ensuring a smooth and immersive journey through the stages and materials showcased in the estimation engine.

In addition, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to gather valuable insights, defining the user journey and design criteria. This collaborative approach allowed me to align the app's design with the needs and expectations of both the company and its customers, ensuring a highly effective and user-centric product.
